had clean and gorgeous room, private bathroom. a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were a bonus. its location was excellent, in the middle of the city. what's more, i was just next door to central sheffield, and certain areas.

The lack of cleanliness was a major issue during our stay. The bed sheets, pillow cases, and kitchenware were all filthy, making our experience quite unpleasant.

Free WiFi was as speedy as a snail on a race track, but at least I could check my Instagram in between filthy pillows and dirty plates.

Who needs staff anyway? It's much more fun to figure out how to use a faulty induction hob and wait forever for my deposit to be refunded.
